As a Head Office there is often no 'central database' available for direct edm marketing as the databases reside in your Agency or Franchise office.

The centrally-initiated edm is delivered with a header from the individual Agent and/or Franchise whilst spreading the centrally controlled image and campaign.

Global reports are available to the Head Office whilst individual reports showing campaign engagement levels are generated for the individual Agencies / Franchisees.
